Dia-Roker ø115x50 is a tool with a diameter of 115mm and a width of 50mm. It can produce scratched antiskids steps 2,5mm, 5mm and multiples, on granite and sandstone. Dia-Roker has removable inserts in order to vary their position and quantity. In this way it is possible to adjust type and width of the finish. It is a tool specific for Birba machine.

Application:

Screw the Dia-Roker Ø115x50 onto Birba's threaded shaft and, once the rail assembly has been adjusted according to the parameters in the instruction booklet, work it laid on the step performing longitudinal passes. M14 or 5/8" attachments are available, depending on the Birba's shaft on which it is mounted.

Strengths:

The square insert offers the possibility of multiplying the life of the tool by using the 4 vertices of the square and rotating the remaining 4. With a single tool it is possible to carry out different types of scratches: step 2|5| 5 and 10mm.
