Concreta 6/18 ø320 is a tool with a diameter of 320mm for floor polishing machines made of 6 18-bits rollers for bushammering finish on concrete, agglomerates and stone flooring. Concreta 6/18 removes large quantities of concrete in short time, with a roughing capacity between 1 and 3mm, depending on the concrete types or the parameters used. It also allows to level irregularities, remove resins or glues and to quickly prepare the floor for polishing or other finish. The bushammering finish obtained with Concreta 6/18 meets the best antiskid and slip resistance requirements even in adverse weather conditions. Different couplings are available depending on the type of polishing machine on which it has to be installed.

Application:

Concreta 6/18 ø320 can be fixed on floor polishing machines for rough finishes| whose plate has a dimeter of 320mm. Different couplings are available depending on the type of polishing machine on which they have to be installed. Attach the tool to the polishing machine's hold plate| then work it like a normal polishing tool| according to the parameters in the instruction booklet.

Strengths:

Material removal is possible thanks to rollers that can be mounted to remove concrete in chips. With the achievable finishes| the best antiskid and slip resistance requirements are achieved even in wet conditions.
